Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender - help please!?

I tried to send an e-mail and it got returned, and it is the correct address ... what's going on? A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: myfriend@personal.co.uk SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<myfriend@personal.co.uk>: host mailserver.PERSONAL.co.uk [213.171.216.30]: 554 <myfriend@personal.co.uk.co.uk>: Relay access denied PLEASE HELP...

  1. 1st. on the last line i see a big mistake // 554 <myfriend@personal.co.uk.co.uk... Relay access denied (double co.uk ) 2nd. usually u get this feedback when you put email wrong. 3rd. put only email address into "to" field ... 4th. check different email provider to send it... last. it can be the email provider u use...it can be wrong coded good luck

It sounds like you are using outlook express for your E-mail,open outlook express, click on tools, account, property, servers and set the account, let me give you example of my account, pop.comcast.net smtp.comcast.net that's how you do it instead of comcast you type your Internet provider then save and exit.
