outlook express blues.....?

i have just opened an outlook express account. i tested it immediately by sending and receiving mails. the incoming mails i received but the outgoing ones gave error messages. here's the error message: the mesage could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. the rejected email address was "matefork@yahoo.com". subject 'test', account: 'pop.smartwifi.com.ph', server: 'smtp.smartwifi.com.ph', protocol: SMTP, server response: "550 5.7.1<matefork@yahoo.com>........relaying denied. ip lookup failed(203.87.182.122)", port: 25, secure(SSL): no, server error: 550, error number: 0x800CCC79.

1. You must be paying a local ISP for your internet connection, the failed 203.87 is probably their location code. Call them and tell them you can't send, they'll walk you through OE and show you what to type in so your Send works. It's not a major thing, just takes a phone call.
