how to route the smtp traffic trough another NIC in FC4.?

Hi, I have two internet connection, one having static ip other one having dynamic ip, I want to configure my Relay mail server on Fedora core4 server. on the same server I have configured Proxy server.I am using one NIC for Http service. Want to use my static ip connection for smtp traffic from other NIC. Please let me know is it possible? If yes than guide me.
