My groupwise Internet Agent is giving an SMTP error msg,How do i sort it out?

Error Msg "Send Failure: 450 Host Down 62.56.216.64 {My relay Host}, Detected Error on SMTP Command. The groupwise 6.5 system is running on a Netware Server and the GW Internet Agent is running on a Windows 2000 workstation.

2. Hello! Are you the sys. admin? Not really sure but from time to time like sometimes once a week I can't connect to my email so I'll have a chat with my host and they will reset the server because I'm not really the only one having that problem. hope that helps... goodluck.
