somebody is relaying through my windows server 2003. The only way to stop it is to stop the smtp service.?

Even if if specify that only the IP of my computer can relay still doesn't work

1. Enable authentication! Please! Never run an SMTP server without requiring authentication. Spammers have programs that scan internet IP ranges looking for open SMTP servers that they can use to send mail through.
