IP/Server Hosting problem?
It started back a few years ago - I was playing NWN (a game) online and could host a server & everything. Then all of a sudden my server wouldn't show up anymore, only I could see it and that was on LAN (Local Area Network, I know what it is so no need to explain it) I noticed my IP was something like 10.0.0.1. I tried everything I could think of to fix it, liike reinstalling the game, disabling my firewall, adding exceptions into the firewell etc. but I couldn't fix it. Could someone please give me ideas on how to fix this? I believe it happened a few days before we got new net. (switched from the slow BullS#!+)

- Did you change any internet settings? Or did you change your internet? If you have a router, it will make your IP unable to host. I am not sure about your game, Neverwinter Night?
- I'll bet that your service provider or network administrator has switched you from a public to a private IP address somehow. Any IP address that is 10.x.x.x is private and therefore not accessable from the public internet. What you'll need to do is go to your SP or network admin and ask that they create a static NAT/PAT translation between a public IP address/port combo to whatever internal/private IP address/port your server runs on. In this way people on the public internet will be able to connect to your server again.
