Anyone know a Proxy Server host sevice I can use for an online game that is blocking my ISP?

Adelphia Communications in the Southeast and Blizzard Entertainment have begun to experience a problem connecting. WOW, the game is being disconnected every 30 mins, making the game unplayable. My friend has set up a proxy server for me, but I can only play when he is on. Anyone know of a dedicated proxy server that I can use at a reasonable price? many thanks

1. I am dos attacking you every 30mins to drive you insane. hahaha. I control this game, you may beg for my pity but you shall have none. To add to my answer you should call your ISP provider and complain, if they cannot or will not fix it, change ISP's.
