can a small business server allow the administrator to view all users screens?

1. depends. the administrator has a program installed to look at what the person is doing he/she will be taking screen shots. but i don't think they need that. they can just check up where you went on the internet and what you did on the computer also. its quite impossible for you to alter the administrators changes unless your a hacker :) or unless your the administrator your self lol
2. SMB server won't allow that. You need additonal software for that.
