1. The short answer is make sure your firewall has the appropriate ports open and then find out your IP Address and connect to it... Frankly, I would need a lot more information to provide you with a REALLY good answer. You have Outlook Web Access, Configuring POP3, IMAP, Firewalls, determining your IP - these are non-trivial tasks and really, asking this question on a site that doesn't really encourage two way communication is not going to get you a really good answer. Instead, I'd recommend you ask this on a site where a discussion can take place - like www.experts-exchange.com or www.tek-tips.com - or even a newsgroup.
