Disable off-line files by Group Policy in MS Small Business Server 2003?

This is driving me mad ! - I wish to disable the client (XP) laptops from using off-line files in my Small Business Server 2003R2 network. It seems that the best way to do this is by using group policy settings. Can anybody provide an instruction on how to do this please ? I'm getting really confused in using the policy editior ! Any help appreciated !

1. This is how I do it in windows 2003 enterprise. 1. run mmc, use the local computer policy snap-in. The GP Setting to disable Off-line files is: Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Network\Offline Files\Enabled (set to disabled) I just then link to the OU or domain.
