Looking for free SHOUTcast server? I'm looking for a free SHOUTcast server, to host my online radio. All I need is a small, free, SHOUTcast Server, that can host about 32 people. I want one I can post on a Xat chat, that means I do not want to have to have ads on my website for the radio to be heard. I have tried Listen2Myradio and a few others, they either do not work or require ads. Any help is welcomed. Thank you.

What are the UK Copyright Laws for broadcasting Online Radio? My friend and I are desperate to start our own radio station but are unsure about the copyright laws. We're not even in Sixth Form yet and this is our Summer Project. I've set up a shoutcast that's broadcasting through a free shoutcast hosting server and I wanted to start playing songs instead of just 'talk radio', but am I allowed to do this without paying some kind of license to the record companies? If so, how would I go about this and how much would it cost? What if I have already legally bought the CD?

Radio Hosting/Broadcasting Free? I have a private radio hosting server and its quite a disapointment ! :@ First of all, i can only have 60 Listeners that have the software that costs £40 and its not worth it. and it keeps disconnecting me, and its full of spyware. I need a free radio hosting site here are the MIN requirements i want - *Free Radio Hosting Software (Or Online) *Unlimited Listeners *NO Trials *A Webpage that ANYONE can visit to listen (Public) *Good Sound Quality. And i have tryed everything. i dont want Live360 as it isnt free uBroadcast i have tryed and it dont work with vista (if you know how to set it up or fix it, then that will be okay) Listen2myradio & SHOUTcast are useless. Winamp & SHOUTcast dont work for me Habbo - NO POINT Sam Broadcast - HOW CAN I BROADCAST?? :( I might be sounding picky but i really want to host to people for free. Best for internet radio? What is the best for internet radio, I've once used ShoutCast about a year ago and was hosting on some free ShoutCast servers. I will be getting dedicated servers soon (for myself and my clients) and I was wondering what internet radio is the best to go with, I've noticed a few companies out there.

Internet Radio Hosting Question? Alright, so I want to host my own internet radio station but I don't want to run the SHOUTcast server on my computer, so instead I'd like to use my free 3GB of bandwidth I get from Yahoo! Geocities and host it there. I'm running Windows Vista Home Basic and I have Winamp 5.551. Would I have to download the DNAS to the Geocities server and run the DSP for Winamp on my computer? Please leave detailed replies and 10 pts to best answer!
